Seeking: Upper School Physics Instructor

Gerstell Academy is seeking an inspiring, engaging, and encouraging Science teacher for the 2025-2026 academic year, with leadership experience and the capacity to teach upper school Science (grades 9 through 12). Possible courses include: Conceptual Physics, Physics and AP Physics I & II. Duties will, therefore, include teaching the Mission, Motto, Principles, and Attributes, teaching mathematics courses, curriculum mapping, serving as a student advisor, and other duties as assigned or needed to develop school programs. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science, prior teaching experience, and certification is preferred. The desired candidate will be able to teach Mathematics as an academic course and as a vehicle to teach leadership education, critical thinking skills, and character development.
