College Guidance Coordinator

Gerstell Academy is seeking a College Guidance Coordinator for the 2025-2026 academic year with leadership experience and capable of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, providing support to the Director and Assistant Director of College Guidance. This full-time position requires a person who is upbeat and positive with excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage many tasks and projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines. The College Guidance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high standard of verbal and written communication between the College Guidance Department and the administration, students, parents, and faculty. It is essential that the person in this position establishes and maintains an on-going interactive relationship with the Head of Upper School, the Directors of College Guidance, faculty, students, and parents. Prior experience is strongly preferred and a Bachelor’s degree is required. The desired candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office with prior experience with Naviance and Blackbaud.
